The 2022 Marco 3 Pombalino Branco is an excellent example of the Douro’s potential for producing fresh, straightforward, and uncomplicated white wines. The nose begins subtle and delicate, with nuances of citrus and fresh herbs, and quickly evolves into notes of hazelnuts and pear. On the palate, it is structured and displays excellent acidity. The finish is long and persistent. This classic Douro white wine is an excellent example of balance and aging potential.
