Encanto 2021 Red is the flagship wine among our most structured wines, while still maintaining our signature elegance and freshness. Its colour is deep and concentrated, with violet hues. The nose opens delicately with notes of violet and raspberry, gradually revealing hints of graphite, fresh herbs, and spices. On the palate, it offers remarkable freshness and acidity, with a solid structure, precise tannins, and a persistent finish. It is still young, but has a long life ahead.
